Residential Social Care Workers, starting in excess of €32,255 plus a sleep in allowance, bringing the total package up to €40,255.
Senior Practitioners, starting in excess of €38,546 plus a sleep in allowance, bringing the total package up to €46,546

There are probably a lot of children who would benefit from specialised care, but finance remains an issue. In an ideal world, if I had the option to place children currently in ISU in to Ashdale I absolutely would.”
