It is a recognition of the systems and practices that we have put in place to ensure that both our children and our team feel safe, valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

Our Award Winning Culture
As many of you may know, Ashdale Care began as a small, clan-based organisation. This was due to the nature of the work and the size of the organisation. As we have grown, we have ensured that this culture is maintained through a community-focused entity with an integrated systems approach. From an extended family to a community focused on excellence, we continue to embrace care, quality and sustainability while empowering our local leadership and celebrating diversity.
Our child-focused care translates to a culture of support and collaboration. We are passionate about encouraging self-improvement and development, and invest extensively in CARE training, therapeutic support, diversity training, sustainable practices and local ownership. This award means so much to us in recognising our approach and the culture we have created with our community.
Our Purpose Driven Strategy
Our strategy is guided by our unwavering commitment to rebuilding the lives of young people who have experienced significant trauma in their childhood. We utilise strategic growth and service development to continue to provide this award-winning care. This has enabled us to mark some incredible milestones such as opening 20 homes across 8 counties to date, with 4 new homes still to be opened this year.
Our commitment to innovation also aligns with our comprehensive strategy. We are always analysing our requirements, systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. We implement digital solutions where we can, to streamline reporting and gather insights.
These are all elements of Ashdale Care and how we work as a team, how we plan and strategise, how we innovate and continuously improve in everything we do, that were judged by Deloitte. This award recognises our excellence in these areas, and will now open up new opportunities for us to learn and grow.
